What seemed to be a rest day for Tom Bolger in Santa Linya due to sore skin, back, etc., happily turned to be his third 9a in his ticklist, in the same crag and in 2010, with the fist pitch of Directa open your mind in Santa Linya.He just felt psyched suddenly to try his project “with the motivational energy flowing from what is “team scotland” and the young Jonny Stocking crushing Rollito Sharma, 8b+… and after a couple of familiar boulder problems at the base of the crag to warm up, and waiting for the good conditions to arrive I found myself clipping the chains.” However, “Not all the way out of the cave, YET, waiting for it to dry and then onwards and upwards, Psyched!!” No doubt he´s going to get it since he said that while lowering off, felt pumped but not completely destroyed…Sources: Tom´s blog and his 8a scorecard.
