The BMC Alpine Essentials Series sponsored by Ultimate Outdoors will be touring the UK in March 2007. This series of educational and inspirational talks will be presented by IFMGA Mountain Guides Steve Long and Chris Dale. The series is aimed at making you aware of the skills you need to acquire in order to operate safely and enjoyably in an Alpine environment. As both speakers are exceptionally motivated and talented mountaineers you can expect enough entertaining tales of alpine adventure and misbehaviour to inspire even the most dedicated armchair mountaineer.
