Litter, Equality & Nesting

The BMC and Outside in Hathersage are organising a litter pick at Burbage on May 13th. Litter pickers just need to turn up at Outside between 9am and 5pm. Contact Jez Portman at Outside on 01433 651936 to reserve a bin bag. There will be prizes and a slideshow. After the success of the Winter Essentials DVD the BMC are working with the Mountaineering Council of Scotland to produce a big brother – Alpine Essentials. If you are at all unsure about nesting restrictions at British crags you can download a new PDF leaflet detailing them all. Take part in an equality survey for the BMC to be entered into a prize draw for a Berghaus rucksack.
