Phil Packer Starts up El Cap

Phil Packer – El CapUKC News, Jun 2009© Phil PackerMajor Phil Packer has started his attempt at El Cap accompanied by Andy Kirkpatrick, Paul Tattersall, Ian Parnell and Ben Pritchard.Packer is a paraplegic who suffered a spinal injury whilst serving his country on operations in Iraq in February 2008.
