Black Diamond athlete Alex Honnold lives in his van. Sometimes down by the river, sometimes not. Last summer 2010 he and his van spent a considerable amount of time enjoying the granite sweetness of Squamish, British Columbia.

Here is a video that Alex's fellow BD athlete Cedar Wright put together, which does an excellent job of developing Alex's dry, self-deprecating humor and his philosophies on climbing, life, and caloric intake.
