Stanage Forum 19th Nov

Henry Folkard, the BMC Peak District representative has been in touch with planetFear to raise awareness of the upcoming Stanage Forum that is taking place on the 19th November in Hathersage. The forum is being organised by the National Park Authority that runs the North Lees Estate in which Stanage resides. The forum will discuss recent and future conservation efforts in the park, alongside other items such as car parking etc. It is an open discussion and all are welcome to attend the event. If you care about Stanage, its future use, or have concerns about any issue in the North Lees estate, please attend and raise your voice. There will be presentations on what?s happened over the past two years: A variety of speakers will explain what´s been achieved together, including: the most successful year yet for Ring Ouzel at Stanage; the new Stanage Bus; removing more fences; voluntary boxes installed. The forum will be held on Sunday, 19th November at 2:30pm at the Memorial Hall, which is on Oddfellows Road, near the Swimming Pool and opposite the main village car park.
