Rumney is a perfect, small New England town with instant access to a huge outcropping of world-class schist.

The campground is comfortable and homey, and the numerous crags found at Rattlesnake Mountain offer everything from easy 5.3 routes to powerful and bouldery sport routes – a perfect warm-up for the next area: The Gunks!!
