8b+ or 8c by Ramón Julian Puigblanque

Ramón Julian Puigblanque has had some good days in Baltzola where he has onsighted Baltzolita (for which he suggested a downgrade to 8b+ compared to the eight previous suggestions of 8c). During the weekend, he also did three 8cs, out of which one was flash, and an 8c+. Ramonet is #2 in the world ranking.
