Florent Wolff reports: “The Mexican climber Diego Álvarez Tostado has just made the fist ascent of Mega-Asesino (Jilotepec, Mexico), and proposes the grade of 8b+. It is the first Mexican climber who´s climbing an 8b+ but it´s not the first route at this grade in Mexico whereRodney “Rodman” Blakemore has opened The Sick Dimension, 8c repeated only by Steve Townshend who just made the first ascent of H-Bomb, an old project in El Salto cave. Steve proposes 8b+ (5.14a) for this superb line.”
