by Jack Geldard – Editor – UKC Alex Honnold, one of the visiting American climbers, currently rampaging across the Peak District, has continued hisgritstone demolition with an impressive on-sight solo of the classic E5 finger crack London Wall at Millstone and an on-sight ascent of Masters Edge (E7 6b), also at Millstone, reports Matt Heason on the UKC forums. Alex is known for his bold on-sight ascents and has soloed some seriously impressive routes in the US. In the recent film ´The Sharp End´ he steals the show with an audacious on-sight of a huge, soaring sandstone arête in the Czech Republic.
