Another view of Angela Eiter at the awesome Santa Linya Cave, November 2010© Jack Geldard – Editor – UKC, Nov 2010Angela Eiter is mostly known as a competition climber, but this doesn't mean she can't deliver on rock as well, be it bouldering (up to 8A+ or so) or route climbing. I don't think this comes as a surprise to anyone.During a trip to the endurance Mecca of the Santa Linya cave in Cataluña, Spain, she managed to climb both Rollito Sharma, ~8b+, and Ingravids extension, ~8c+. Angy has done numerous 8c's before, but this was her first 8c+.The only woman to have climbed anything with a harder grade is Josune Bereziartu, whose most difficult ascent was Francois Nicole's Bimbaluna, ~9a/+, at Saint Loup, Switzerland. She's also done Bain de sang (Saint Loup) and Logical progression (Joyama, Japan), both ~9a. Diesen Artikel inkl. Bilder auf UKClimbing.com anschauen
