Chipped 8c+ by Joe Kinder

Joe Kinder has repeated Kuru, 8c+ in Rifle which he reports is 45 % manufactured. It sounds strange that in a big crag like Rifle someone has to create a new route by chipping 45 % of the holds. Some futuristic lines should be left to the coming 9c+ generation.
