First British woman to climb 7C+, Sharma dominates

Naomi Guy reports that, during a trip to Hueco Tanks, Brit comp winner Claire Murphy climbed ´Flying Marcel´ (V10/Font 7c+).This is the first boulder problem of this grade to be climbed by a British woman.Flying Marcel is „a long crimp fest with a dynamic crux at the top.“Murphy also climbed numerous other V9s and V8s on her 3 month tour. Other bouldering news from Stateside is that legend in his own down time, Chris Sharma has done the coveted sit down to Moffat´s Camp 4 testpiece, Dominator.Whilst Moffat thanks Roget´s Thesaurus for the original name, Sharma feels the extra couple of moves warrant ´Dominated´.
