Lisa Rands Climbs an E8 on Curbar

American Lisa Rands has become the first woman to climb a grit E8 and the route she chose was not just any old E8, but End of the Affair at Curbar, which is regarded as being a ´solid E8´. Her ascent was made in windy conditions on Monday 11th October. Last year she climbed White Lines, also on Curbar, which is one of very few female ascents of hard grit trad routes.
