Longstone Edge Public Enquiry

At Backdale (part of Longstone Edge) one of our treasured National Parks is being rapidly quarried away – this is supposed to be your heritage. The Peak District National Park are trying to stop this destruction but they need your help. Help protect the Edge by making your voice heard at the forthcoming public inquiry tomorrow (13th February).Check out the BMC website where you can download a sample letter which you can print and send off to help raise awareness of the public disenchantment with the situation.
