New 8B by the Schwaigers

Bernhard and Hermann Schwaiger has beaten the bad weather and opened a new 8B, Heavy load, at Saalachtal, Austria. This Saturday Berni took advantage of the, for once, good conditions and made the F.A. The 8-move-problem is characterised by sloping holds and bad footholds in very steep terrain, 50-60 degrees, meaning extreme body tension is required. Hermann succeeded the day after.
