New 9a at Schleierwasserfall

by Gebi Bendler Markus Bendler has put up a new 9a called Gwagus Maximus at Schleierwasserfall. It was a 15 year old project of Gerhard Hörhager and is situated in the centre of the main sector. Many famous climbers like Alex Huber, Klem Loskot, Stefan Fürst, Toni Lamprecht had previously attempted the project. The route is very bouldery, two really hard moves at the bottom (the crux) followed by an 8b passage, an 8b+ move, and at the end easy chillout.
