Kairn.com reports that Philippe Gondoux has done a new 9a in Rodellar, Ali Baba. The route was equipped by Dani Andrada and is a 12 meter long roof. A nice photo gallery (The rope is very tight!) We estimate that there now exist some 30 9a climbers who have done some 60 routes 9a and harder. The most repeated is Action directe with seven ascents and Dani Andrada has done nine.
