I´m running out the door, but wanted to let folks know the latest news from the valley: Tim O´Neil and Dean Potter pulled off the Nose this morning in UNDER FOUR HOURS!!!! (3:59 to be exact). The last record (4:22) held for almost ten years after Hans Florine and Peter Croft ran up the thing in 1992. Today Hans cheered from the the meadow as we all watched through binos and telescopes as Dean and Tim raced to the top. Amazing climbing, bold climbers, and one hell of a party.That´s the latest… Kids, don´t try this at home.Cheers,-Link
