planetFear to Sponsor The Works

planetFear are proud to announce that they will be sponsoring The Climbing Works, the world´s biggest bouldering wall, due to open in Sheffield in a few weeks time. planetFear will be sponsoring a part of the 1,000 square metres of bouldering area, and are very excited to be involved from the outset with such a visionary and impressive project. The Climbing Works official website was launched on Monday night, featuring a monthly gallery and video tour, all the info you´d ever need or want about the venue, and a Blog which is updated almost daily. As we speak French legend Jacky Godoffe is at the wall route setting in preparation for the grand opening in early December. If the weather improves Jacky plans to head out to the Peak for a couple of days so watch this space… Jacky setting at The Works yesterday When we asked Jacky what he thought of the wall he declared it the best he has ever seen. Tim Emmett was overheard on Monday night saying that he had seriously considered moving back to Sheffield just  to climb there!
