Iker Pou has just sent three boulders in the 8A range in Eaux les Claires in a day and a half: Primitif 8A+, Mono kake 8A, and Songoku 8A. They were not the only to be climbed but the most important. Before moving to France he fired a 17 move 8c route called Justuri at Apellaniz. If rumours are confirmed Ramón Julián has become the third/fourth (depending on how you view Hirayama´s ascent of ´White zombie´) guy to fire an 8c route on-sight. These rumours say it happened yesterday at Cuenca in a route close to the well known Nuria. Stay tuned.
