Every year the programme presents a rich selection of fiction and documentary films of all kinds and formats ranging from subjects and events closely connected with the mountains and mountaineering to environmental, social and historical ones, with an eclectic offer of films portraying mountain, exotic or extreme landscapes constantly in the background.
The Trento Filmfestival is always searching for films and film directors able to relate the people and places of mountains and adventure in new ways in narratives, auteur documentaries, journalistic reportages or short films.
