Following a great deal of restoration work carried out by volunteers at the Stanage Plantation in the Peak District, those co-ordinating the efforts have this week begun canvassing for opinion on whether a temporary and voluntary ban on certain boulders might be in order to allow vegetation to grow back. Tim Emmett has made the third ascent of Happy Tyroleans (IX, 10), ground up, 2nd go last week. Good effort!
