Za staro kolo in majhnega psa

Two days ago (1.5.2001) Urh Cehovin-Car made the 3rd ascent of Za staro kolo in majhnega psa, 8c+, at Osp, Slovenia. The route was opened by Tadej Slabe back in 1992 and it was one of the hardest routes in the world at that time. It took until April 6 1998, before Pedro Pons, after 11 days of work, could grab the 2nd ascent. Many climbers have tried to repeat this route (also Fred Nicole), but almost nobody has succeded. Urh needed 13 days for the third ascent. Urh is a member of the Slovenian boulder team and has until this season mostly climbed indoors. We once again thank Klemen Demsar
