8c+ FA by Fontaine

Mat Fontaine has kept himself busy at Orford, Canada, during much of this summer and fall redpointing and FA:ing 8b+´s and 8c´s as if there was no tomorrow. Today he went one notch further by making the first ascent of Le secret, 8c+. Considering Mat has now climbed no less than 14 routes of 8b+ or harder, half of which are FA:s, one can´t help but wondering what his secret is… Picture: JeanDo Saudan on Razzia, 8a+, Orford
