UK and beyond… Dave Birkett has put up yet another hard line in the Lakes. Return Of The King tackles a line in between Overhanging Grooves and Welcome To The Cruel World. It weighs in at a hefty E9 6c!Source UKClimbing Ricky Bell has put up a new E8 6c – Bad Skin Day – on Fairhead, N.Ireland. The route takes a line from the middle belay of Equinox (E2 5c), and traverses out right. It then follows up a steep, marginally protected bit of wall about 2m´s in from the arete. This is the 2nd E8 on Fairhead – the other (the Complete Scream) being climbed by Mr Bell last summer.David Lama has made a super quick ascent of Biographie at Ceuse. He got the F8c+ route on his third attempt! The route is famous for being the ´first part´ to Realization – Chris Sharma´s 9a+. Realization has had only 2 repeats…is a third on the way?
