Position: Customer Services Advisor Location: Sheffield Since its launch, planetFear has established one of the world?s leading climbing and adventure racing websites through the integration of inspirational content and commercial services. We are now looking for a dedicated Customer Services Advisor to build on this success and ensure our customers? expectations are exceeded on every occasion. Based in our Sheffield office, this full time position is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual.You would be responsible for processing orders and dealing with customer enquires via both the website and telephone on a day-to-day basis. Ideally you already have some experience of office based administration and/or customer services, although full training will be given. Knowledge of outdoor products, from either a retail or consumer perspective is essential.You will need to be computer and web literate, organised and have a systematic approach to work. As part of a small, dedicated team, excellent communication skills would be essential.
