Yuji Hirayama onsights an 8c!

The French web site Kairn.com is reporting that, on October 5, Yuji Hirayama onsighted the route Zombi, 8cat Balzola in Spain.Yuji – “I had to wait three days to get the right conditions before I could finally achieve my objective for the year and I am now very happy to have established a new record for onsight climbing”.He has now set his sights on the even harder challenge of onsighting a route of 8c+ or even 9a!
