Details: Egerton Quarry clean-up Old news perhaps, but a double thumbs up to the Northumbrian Mountaineering Club who cleared pines from Dark Side of Back Bowden Doors (Cockenheugh) in August. All it takes is a few motivated individuals to spread some enthusiasm, and a little guidance from the BMC, and we become not only users of the UK´s cliffs, but guardians.
