Maja Vidmar on Attilla Luongo – F8c+UKC News, Jun 2009© Gerhard Schaar / Gerhardschaar.comTop Slovenian competition climber Maja Vidmar has redpointed Attilla Luomgo (F8c+), Barratro, Trieste, Italy.Vidmar had succeeded on the lower part of the route (F8c) a few days earlier and on the 21st of June photographer Gerhard Schaar travelled over to the limestone cliffs of Barratro to shoot her on this route. She managed to climb the extension – Attila Luomgo – to tick her first F8c+.Vidmar is an extremely successful competition climber and was overall World Cup winner in 2007 after winning six World Cup competitions in a row.
