If they all get to the top, it´s going to be really crowded. Sir Edmund Hillary (co-summiteer with Tenzing Norgay on May 29 1953) and Junko Tabei (first woman to summit, May 16 1975) have RSVP´d their invitations to the Everest Golden Jubilee celebration. The Sydney Herald reports that over 350 Everest summiteers have accepted their invitations to the celebration, which looks like it will be a who´s who in the mountaineering community.
