UKC Users – The Good, The Bad and The Ugly! Are we getting our content right? Is there enough of it or even too much? What and who do you want to see on UKC?Fill in our User Survey and let us know! Our last user survey was in 2005 and we got a great response. At that time UKC had 16,000 registered users, we now have 51,000 registered users and have daily visitor figures of nearly 14,000!With all these new users of the site the time has come to find out exactly what you want and how you want it.We also need to know more about you. What type of climbing activities are you into? What other activities do you do? Where do you buy your gear? What sort of gear do you buy?All this information is invaluable for us to build up an accurate demographic picture of UKC users. With this information we can tailor our advertising packages to the companies who support UKC with their advertising. It is only by improving our advertising reach that we can continue to improve UKC and all the detailed feedback you give in this respect is essential. The survey is quite long and takes some time to fill in. Please do try and answer the questions as best you can as the more you tell us, the better out data is and the easier it will be for us to offer advertising services to the outdoor trade.Everyone who completes a survey will be entered into the prize draw and stand a chance of winning one of twenty four great prizes, but you need to complete the survey to be eligible. The prizes shown below include a single grand prize of a FULL SET OF BLACK DIAMOND CAMALOTS, jackets, a fingerboard, a rope, 13 guidebooks, DVDs, some rucksacs and other goodies.A big thanks to the following companies for providing the prizes: Black Diamond, Alpkit, the BMC, the Climbers' Club, Mammut, Mountain Hardwear, Metolius, Mountaineering Council of Scotland, Marmot, Edelweiss and Rockfax. The survey will run during June and July and is open to all Registered Users. You can fill in the survey here: UKC User Survey
