Hector del Campo reports Edu Marin, 15 years old, has just done Honky Tonky, 8c, at Oñate and two 8a onsights at Sant Llorent. This guy started climbing when he was 12 and at 14 he did his first 8b! With 8c at 15, Edu is one of the, if not THE, youngest guys to achieve this grade, first reached by Wolfgang Güllich back in 1987 (Wallstreet at Krottenseer turm). Ramon Julià (Ramonet) has also climbed Honky Tonky (4 tries), as well as Mafias, 8c, (6 tries) at El Convento and Llum, 8c in Montserrat. Ramonet is 19 years old.
