Brecon Beacons closed after new outbreak of foot-and-mouth

Wales has had its first outbreak in a month near the town of Libanus in the Brecons. That will almost certainly mean closure (or extended closure) for dozens of crags in the area – such as the nearest, Baltic Quarry, just 9 miles away, and taking in Cefn Coed.
