Das Bouldermeeting "Melloblocco" 2005 findet am 07.-08.Mai statt

The second edition of international bouldering meeting
Melloblocco®, organised by the Lombardy Mountain Guides, will be
extraordinary.

Over 850 climbers from all over the world have already registered for the meeting in Val di Mello on 7-8 May.

The participants will be able to climb on hundreds of boulder problems
, of all different sizes, shapes and grade, spread out on the meadows
in the splendid valley above Sondrio.

The boulders will put to the test some of the best climbers in the
world, including 2004 World Champions Daniel Dulac (FRA) and Sandrine
Levet (FRA), and the incredibly strong Dave Graham (USA), Jerome Meyer
(FRA), Bernd Zangerl (AUS), Tony Lamprecht (GER), Cristian Brenna (ITA)
and Mauro Calibani (ITA).

This is a true international competition, with climbers coming from as far afield as Hong Kong and Jamaica.

The event is a great occasion to unite hundreds of young passionate
climbers in an atmosphere which the Mountain Guides have always taught
and sought to transmit: respect for the environment and the mountain in
all its forms.
