Researchers have discovered thet Mont Blanc is three metres higher than previously thought.The team from France´s National Geography Institute found the height is actually 4,810 metres and 40 centimetres.They climbed to the top with three guides and made used satellite equipment to make their measurements. The researchers claim their own margin of error is only 10 centimetres.
