Rodden Solves Sphinx Crack (5.13c)

Super-talented American climber, Beth Rodden has climbed one of the US´s hardest cracks with an ascent of the 5.13c splitter ´Sphinx Crack´ in Colorado.It took her 4 days to redpoint the single pitch route on pre-placed gear. Sphinx Crack was created when the rock was blown up by Colorado School of Mines, back in the ´70s.It was famously flashed by arguably the world´s best crack climber, Hirayama Yuji in 1996.
