Colorado is all about its mountains, and what lay at the base of these incredible peaks?! BOULDERS!

Long approaches, deep snow, slick ice and huge mountains make the setting for this week’s Lost in North America chilly but charming.

Colorado has some of the best granite blocs around with some truly humbling backdrops, making it a climber’s paradise.

And the front ranges of Colorado are all about getting into the outback and exploring some true wilderness. And so they will.
