8c onsight by Ramonet

by 8a.nu 8a.nu reports that the Spanish climber Ramón Julian Puigblanque has onsighted Suma0, 8c, in Cuenca. The route is 32m long including a 10m overhang. Puigblanque, who won the European Cup in 2004 and who last year led the World Cup when he missed the final isolation time in the last competition, becomes the fourth to have onsighted 8c joining Tomás Mrázek, Patxi Usobiaga and Yuji Hirayama in this elite club. Puigblanque has many impressive onsights and first ascents including the 9a+ extension to La Rambla at Siurana,Spain. ( Source: 8a.nu )
