Gareth Parry to lecture Staffs Uni on Weds 7th

Gareth Parry will be talking about his (and others´) ascent of the Devil Thumbnail, with pictures and all sorts, plus „probably an opportunity for a few beers and the like afterwards", according to Gus of Mountain Fever who told us about it. The lecture will start at 8pm in room GO 26 of the Cadman building, Staffordshire University, College Road, Stoke-on-Trent. Oh yes, on Wednesday 7th November. The lecture is being presented in association with Mountain Fever of Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent and The North Face. Tickets are £3.50 or £3 to students and other concessions: it´s a non-profit evening, with all money bar the cost of production to be donated to the air ambulance service. And remember, one day it might be you who needs it.
