Rumours have been spreading over the past month or so of a new super wall somewhere in the dark depths of Sheffield.planetFear can now reveal the location, the plans and who is behind the venture. Percy Bishton, route setter extraordinaire and Sam Whittaker, Sales Manager for Beyond Hope (pRana, Metolius etc) and ex Manager of The Rope Race in Marple, are quite possibly the two most excited individuals in the climbing world right now.They?ve found a venue big enough to put a go-kart track inside and have taken the unusual decision to concentrate solely on bouldering. The room, some 25m by 35m will feature over 1,000 square metres of bouldering ? that is more than all but a hand full of walls in the country have for bouldering and leading! There will be an international competition wall, kids boulders, the country?s biggest campus and training board, a crèche and sports massage, regularly set Font style 50-problem circuits and a whole lot more. 
It is due to open in December.
