Glen Nevis buzzing

Dave MacLeod is continuing to keep up the bouldering pace in Scotland. After 45 minutes of work Dave managed the first repeat of Cubby´s other hard problem at Sky Pilot in Glen Nevis, ´Catch 22´ Font 7c. Shortly after, Dave bagged an obvious and stunning straight up line previously tried by Cubby, who thought it would be Font 8a. After a quick ascent Dave reckoned ´Press Gang´ was more like 7c+ but one of the best and hardest lines around.Also in the Glen, the deperate crack of Leopold F8a+ recieved a 4th ascent by Ric Waterton, despite the usual midge blizzard in situ at Steall Hut Crag. Glasgow based Ric also made a quick redpoint of Melancollie F8b at LPT recently.
