Petzl have issued a warning with regard to the use of their ´Reverso´ belay device. In a nutshell if you are belaying two people simultaneously with ropes 8.5mm or thinner, be extra careful as slippage can occur on one rope whilst the other is locked off. You can read the full linkhere
